Join us for an inspiring evening of Girlies Talk — our TED Talk–style series where women share knowledge, experiences, and expertise. This edition is dedicated to Women’s Health, covering the topics we often don’t talk enough about, but that shape our daily lives and long-term wellbeing. Of course following the talks we will meet and chat with other Girlies!
✨ Our Speakers:
Elizabeth Foote (Psychologist) — Exploring the challenges of women’s mental health in Israel, and how nutrition, self-image, and body confidence impact our psychological wellbeing.
Dr. Jodi Ezratty (Obstetrician Gynecologist) — Practical guidance on gynecologic care, contraception methods, pre-conception counseling, and navigating the Israeli healthcare system.
Noy Haim (Dietician, Maccabi & Private Practice) — Mindful eating in real life: tools and perspectives for building a balanced and healthy relationship with food.
Inbal Maman (Physiotherapist) — Women’s physical health from a physiotherapy perspective, including posture, pelvic health, and how our bodies can better support us through life’s stages.
