The current situation can be difficult to process so I want to provide guided discussions with licensed therapists to guide processing sessions.
Living through war in Israel creates constant stress, and our bodies feel it. This session explains what’s happening in the nervous system and why those reactions are normal. We’ll learn three practical ways to regulate stress: grounding the body, breathing with intention, and becoming aware of our environment. These tools help us recenter and build resilience.
