Sunset Yoga Flow

Event Description

Join TLV Girlies on Thursday, July 17th at 19:00 for a rejuvenating Yoga Flow in beautiful Charles Clore Park. We’ll meet on the grass overlooking the sea for a 60-minute, all-levels practice designed to stretch, strengthen, and soothe both body and mind.

What to Expect:

• All-levels sequence: Accessible poses, gentle transitions, and optional variations.

• Vinyasa flow: Coordinated breath and movement to energize and calm.

• Guided relaxation: Finish with a brief shavasana to absorb the practice with essential oils (please let me know if you're allergic)

Schedule:

19:00 - yoga flow begins

19:00 - 19:50 yoga practice & sound healing

19:50 - 20:00 shavasana, essential oils, and sound healing

20:00 - 20:30 chatting with women who came

What to Bring:

• Your own yoga mat (a towel can work in a pinch)

• Water bottle

• Light layer or blanket for final relaxation
