Outdoor Classical Pilates with Darian

Bring: Mat, water, towel (if you don't have a mat you can use a large towel)

Join us for an energizing classical Pilates session under the evening sky. Darian will lead a balanced, full-body flow focusing on core strength, posture, and breath—expect precise cues, feel-good burn, and that long-and-lifted Pilates finish. We’ll move mindfully, connect with the Girlies, and start the week feeling strong and centered.
