Learn practical self-defense skills that help you feel confident, capable, and empowered in your everyday life.
Join us for a dynamic class taught by Kimberly, an experienced instructor who specializes in real-world techniques for safety, awareness, and boundary-setting.
This class is open to all levels — no previous experience needed. Just come as you are, ready to move, learn, and support one another.
Kimberly is a national medalist in classic boxing and the runner-up Israeli champion in the 60 kg weight category, a self-defense coach, and the owner of Kimberly’s — the only women-only boxing club in the country.
In the workshop, Kimberly will share her life story, her experiences with domestic and relationship violence, and her decision to study martial arts and teach other women how to protect themselves.
The workshop consists mainly of role-play scenarios of attack and defense, allowing participants to practice real-time tools with each other using partial contact.
At the end of the 60-minute workshop, there is a Q&A and sharing time of up to half an hour. Chatting of course will follow with the girlies!
